Yeast Zmіy Gorinich, by the production of SE ” Dolžokskij distillery” is derived from the fermented wash from two food alcoholic production. They are pure culture of races B-30 and U-563, which are characterized by high activity of the yeast.

On “Dolžokskij distillery” take place a simultaneous production of yeast on both technologies (from the fermented wash from two food alcoholic production of races B-30 and U-563 and from the tradable stage of specialized production of race T-1) and allowed the mix of biomass of both productions by a special technology. Due to this technology obtained yeast – «Ukrainian distillers», which have the characteristics of the races indicated above.
